Standard Items

• How to Start: Call 800-326-7484 within 20 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
• Important: Do not ship items back without calling first. Returns sent without authorization will be restocked, and no refund will be issued.
• Item Condition: Items must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Refund Details: We refund the cost of the item to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Customers pay for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Items

• Return Policy: Because custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with personalized printing colors.
• Customer Text: Please proofread your text carefully before ordering. We copy and paste your wording directly onto the item.
• Design Approval: For complex items, we send a digital proof after checkout but before printing. If the final product matches your approved proof, it is not eligible for a return.
• Our Mistake: We will fully cover returns or replacements if N.A.S.H. makes an error, such as printing incorrect information.
